HyGOAT provides readiness screening, workflow support, and documentation tooling for hydrogen compliance pathways.
2. Important Boundary
HyGOAT is not an accredited certification body or ACV and does not issue formal certifications. Final eligibility or certification outcomes are determined by relevant accredited institutions and authorities.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate data, maintaining proper authorization for submitted information, and using outputs with appropriate professional review.
4. Indicative Outputs
Platform outputs are indicative and depend on input quality, assumptions, and interpretation context. They are not legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyGOAT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on indicative outputs.
