On 9 September 2026, TÜV SÜD PSB launched a Global Decarbonisation Centre of Excellence in Singapore.

TÜV SÜD said the centre represents more than SGD 30 million of investment. It will combine digital MRV with validation, verification, assurance, and carbon-market expertise for Southeast Asia.

The stated work areas include Article 6 readiness, carbon assurance, energy transition, alternative fuels, supply-chain integrity, and industrial decarbonisation. TÜV SÜD also aims to connect dMRV providers, verification bodies, and registries on one digital platform by 2030.

Screen and export readiness should state which evidence is scheme-specific and which evidence can serve more than one report. HyGOAT should not claim that a general dMRV platform proves RFNBO or GHCI compliance.
